Overview

Declan assists in underwriting all residential bridge and refinance loans, ensuring each transaction aligns with the firm’s credit and risk standards. He analyzes borrower financials, project budgets, and property values to support disciplined, data-driven lending decisions. Outside of work, Declan coaches' Lacrosse for 3d New England and holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Colorado College.
